What can I expect when I come to class? Please arrive at least 10 min before class. Leave valuables at home and store all coats and personal items in the changerooms. Mute all cell phones, and they are not permitted in the studio while class is in session. Please only bring into the studio your mat, water bottle and towel. Props will be provided. The studio is a quiet space for you to reflect and delve deeper into yourself and your practice. The entrance doors will be locked during class if the receptionist is not on site. When class is finished, spray bottles and towels will be supplied for you to clean your mat.

When will you open?We are currently under construction and are hoping to have a Soft Opening at the end of December 2023. This will give students a chance to view our facility, check out our schedule, buy passes and give valuable input as to what kind of classes they want to see in the future. Our Grand Opening will be soon after. If anything changes with this timeline due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be updated on our website.
